GMP-GC-78 Rapid oil Extraction Unit/App as soxhlet extraction unit for PTA Yarn oil extraction GMP model GC-78 offers an innovative feature in rapid oil extraction unit for textile industries. The unique feature are oil contents of tops & similar materials of clothes can be detected in less than 15 min ,ideal for process control in the Textile mills. Simple, compact robust construction &fully made of SS 316.The apparatus was developed specifically for obtaining the oil content of Tops & similar cloth material. The principle of extraction is percolation of solvent through the wool sample in a simple metal tube. The extract as it drips from the tube is collected on a light aluminum tray held between two metal ring mounted on a temperature controlled hot plate with digital temperature controller cum indicator and PT-100 sensor and can be set to desired temperature and is equipped with pilot lamps/moulded 3-pin mains cord/fuse, etc. on the control panel. The company provides the SS 316 ring mesh tray instead of Aluminum Tray .The method is applicable to tops, card slivers; Yarns & similar material from which small samples can be taken with confidence .These models are available jointly as one, two/ three extraction unit. It has a direct advantage over the soxhlet extraction unit as it takes only 15 mins. As compared to 2 Hrs. in the soxhlet unit.
